Who I support

I work with children aged 2 to 11 and have extensive experience supporting children with a range of difficulties and diagnoses. If your child is outside this age range, please contact me and I will advise whether I can help.

Children I can support

Every child is different. I work with children with a wide range of communication needs, with or without a formal diagnosis. Some examples include:

  • Speech and Language Delay
  • Speech Sound Disorders
  • Developmental Language Disorder
  • Global Developmental Delay
  • Intellectual Disability
  • Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  • ADHD
  • Genetic conditions, including Angelman, Fragile X, Kabuki and Klinefelter syndromes

This is not an exhaustive list. If your child’s needs or diagnosis are not mentioned here, please get in touch and I will let you know whether I can help.

Training and interventions

Keeping up to date with training and professional development is extremely important to me. I draw on the following approaches, and match them to what a particular child and family need.

  • Attention Autism
  • SCERTS
  • Makaton Level 4
  • Colourful Semantics
  • Intensive Interaction
  • Parent-Child Interaction
  • Gestalt Language Processing
  • Word Aware Vocabulary Approach
  • Elklan
  • Lego Therapy

Not sure whether your child fits? Call me. A short conversation is usually enough to tell you whether I am the right person to help.

Contact

I work primarily in the London Borough of Barnet and the surrounding areas, seeing children at home and in school.

Optional, if you would prefer a call back.
