A child-centred approach, built around your family

I qualified from Birmingham City University in 2013 and have spent my career working with children who communicate in many different ways. I work collaboratively with the adults around a child to set functional targets in a fun and nurturing environment.

I hold a fully enhanced DBS certificate and train regularly in mandatory areas including safeguarding and GDPR.

How I can help

Assessment, therapy and school support

Initial assessment, blocks of face to face therapy, review appointments, written target programmes, and visits to your child's nursery or school. I also work directly with education staff, including support with EHCP applications.

Who I support

Children aged 2 to 11 with a wide range of diagnoses and communication needs, from developmental language disorder to autism, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy.

I pride myself on practical, varied and fun sessions that build functional communication across a range of activities and contexts, in line with current evidence.

Contact

I work primarily in the London Borough of Barnet and the surrounding areas. If you are outside this area, or your child is outside the 2 to 11 age range, please get in touch and I will let you know whether I can help.

Optional, if you would prefer a call back.
Your child's age and what you are noticing is a helpful place to start.
